Rydges Wellington

The Rydges Wellington project involved challenges with complex seismic strengthening work needing to be completed, room refurbishments and a strata title structure, which meant units from over 150 individual unit owners needed to be acquired.

With our experience in seismic strengthening, we were able to complete the strengthening process alongside significant room upgrades. We successfully worked with the owners representative to acquire all hotel units in order to collapse the body corporate structure into a single title.
