Beachlands South

This 170 hectare development overlooks the Hauraki Golf with expansive views of Waiheke Island, Rangitoto and the Coromandel Peninsula. Developed in partnership with a world class team of NZSF, Rob Bassett and Ngai Tai Hapai, the resort in Beachlands required obtaining a plan change from rural to urban. We developed a plan that satisfied the Auckland Council and their requirements.
